Installing on Windows

Open the file you downloaded. It installs for you alone, with no administrator prompt, puts the game on your desktop and in the Start menu, and opens it.
If Windows says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway. Windows says this about new programs it hasn't seen many people run yet.

Updates

The game's own updates reach the app the moment they go live, as they reach the browser. The app fetches new versions of itself in the background while you play and puts them in place when you quit.

Removing it

Windows: open Settings, then Apps, find Ael Myr and choose Uninstall. The game's saved art goes with it.
